Born from a simple belief: every woman and child deserves a fair start.
CareShare Initiative began as a small circle of neighbours sharing what they had. Today we serve communities across West Africa.
Our story
In 2014, our founder watched mothers in her community choose between food and school fees. She gathered friends, pooled resources, and paid the fees of twelve girls. That first circle of care grew into CareShare Initiative.
We remain community-led: local women sit on every project committee, and programs are shaped by the families they serve.

Our mission
To protect, educate and empower vulnerable women and children through community-led programs.
Our vision
A world where every girl learns, every mother is safe, and every family can thrive.
Our values
Dignity, transparency, safeguarding and partnership in everything we do.
